- Identity verification: date of birth; and where appropriate, government-issued ID details (e.g., driver’s licence/passport). In some cases, SIN may be provided where required/authorized and where you choose to provide it.

- Communications: messages, emails, call notes, and supporting documents you provide
B. Information from third parties (with consent/authorization)
For mortgage qualification and placement, we may obtain information from:
- credit reporting agencies (credit checks)
- employers, financial institutions, or account statements you provide/authorize
- insurers, appraisers, real estate professionals, fraud-prevention services
- lenders and lender partners
C. Technical/website information
We may collect:
- IP address, device type, browser, OS, approximate location, language
- pages viewed, time spent, referral sources, clicks, and cookie identifiers
